At 3:23 on January 29, a fire broke out at the De Du Hao Ri Wa restaurant in the Xincheng Meteorological Bureau's West Alley in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. After receiving the emergency call, the Hohhot Fire Rescue Detachment immediately organized firefighting and rescue forces to the scene to deal with the fire. The injured people were sent to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. The fire was extinguished at 4:22, but by that time, the fire had already killed 4 people and injured 4 others. The injured are still under observation in the hospital, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
How can technology be used to prevent accidents in the catering industry?
