At the conference, Mr. Li Youan, deputy general manager of Guoke Hanhai laser technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., made a speech on the accurate monitoring of ammonia escape through the flue.
Mr. Li Youan mentioned that under the environment of the continuous improvement of national environmental protection standards, the continuous strengthening of supervision and the rising prices of ammonia and urea, enterprises need to use a large amount of ammonia or urea in order to meet the emission standards, which puts pressure on the operation cost of enterprises. However, the accurate control of ammonia injection quantity becomes very important. Accurately monitoring the trace ammonia concentration in the flue and responding to the trace change of ammonia concentration in real time can provide effective data for the ammonia injection system on how to accurately control the ammonia injection quantity, avoid ammonia escape and reduce the operation cost for the enterprise. The traditional ammonia monitoring method is mostly sampling monitoring, which leads to the inconsistency between the ammonia concentration and the actual concentration in the flue, and the subsequent ammonia injection can not be accurately controlled. The latest in-situ ammonia analyzer launched by Hanhai optoelectronics has strong penetration, high sensitivity, good linearity, fast detection speed, more stability and simple installation. Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the monitoring data, and monitor the whole flue section through the flue. So as to solve the problem of ammonia escape and reduce the operation cost for enterprises.
