    Liu Wenqing: Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, doctoral supervisor, former director of Anhui Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, deputy director of the Testing Instrument Committee of China Environmental Protection Industry Association, director of China Marine Physics Society, director of Anhui Optical Society, counselor of Anhui Provincial People's Government, Anhui University Dean of the Institute of Science and Information Technology. He has successively won 2 second prizes for scientific and technological progress of the Academy of Sciences and 4 first prizes for science and technology of the provincial ministries and commissions. He was appointed as an expert in the field of resources and environment in the "Eleventh Five-Year" National 863 Plan, and was commended by the China Association for Science and Technology as the 2010 National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker .

    Zhongwei Fan: Doctor of Science, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), Dean of the School of Optoelectronics, UCAS. He has long been engaged in the research on key technologies and engineering applications of all-solid-state lasers. He has successively served as Vice President of the Academy of Opto-Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Vice President of the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Semiconductor Pumped Lasers, and Leader of the Expert Group for the "New Display and Strategic Electronic Materials" Special Project under the National Key R&D Program of the 14th Five-Year Plan Period.

    Jianguo Liu: Doctor, Fellow of the Chinese Optical Engineering Society, Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor of Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (HFIPS, CAS), Adjunct Professor of the University of Science and Technology of China, and Leading Talent in Technological Innovation under the National Ten-Thousand Talents Program. He currently serves as Director of HFIPS, CAS, Director of the Key Laboratory of Environmental Optics and Technology, CAS, and Member of the 13th Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). His research focuses on new optical monitoring technologies for environmental pollution and optical remote sensing monitoring technologies. He has won awards including the Second-Class National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology, and enjoys the Special Government Allowance of the State Council.
