Focus on laser absorption spectroscopy technology for accurate gas detection

1、Market Expansion and Customer Development
Develop customers in industries including petroleum and petrochemicals, urban renewal, municipal engineering, comprehensive pipe networks, solid and hazardous waste, gas, coal chemical industry, emergency fire protection, etc. Formulate industry sales strategies and target customer lists.
Identify customer needs (such as pain points in hazardous gas monitoring) and provide customized TDLAS technology solutions (including equipment selection, system integration, and data services).
Lead bidding and tendering projects, completing bid document preparation, technical solution explanation, commercial negotiations, and contract signing.
2、Sales Target Management and Execution
Formulate annual/quarterly sales plans, decompose targets, and supervise the team to achieve performance goals (e.g., sales volume, payment collection rate, new customer ratio).
Analyze the industry competitive landscape and adjust pricing strategies and sales policies (such as installment payment, trial use mode).
3、 Customer Relationship Maintenance and Technical Support
Maintain key customers (e.g., Sinopec, gas groups, municipal pipe network units), conduct regular visits to senior decision-makers, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide pre-sales support (such as on-site surveys, technical consultations) to ensure solutions align with customers' actual scenarios.
Follow up on project delivery and acceptance, handle customer complaints, and promote the closure of after-sales issues.
4、 Industry Resource Integration and Collaboration
Expand industry ecological cooperation (e.g., design institutes, engineering general contractors, safety assessment institutions) and build a sales channel network.
Collaborate cross-departmentally with the R&D team to optimize product functions, and feed back market demands to drive product iteration.
Qualifications:1、Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a science and engineering background (majors in Optical Engineering, Instrumentation, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, etc. are preferred).
2、Age Requirement: 30-35 years old, energetic, able to adapt to business trips and work under certain intensity.
3、Experience: More than 5 years of B2B key account sales experience; over 3 years of working experience in relevant industries such as petroleum and petrochemicals, municipal administration, chemical industry, environmental protection.
Familiarity with the hazardous gas monitoring field; experience in selling technical data analysis systems, industrial safety equipment, or analytical instruments is preferred.
4、Skills: Proficient in the bidding and tendering process, capable of independently preparing and presenting technical solutions.
Skilled in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools (e.g., sales funnel management, customer profile analysis).
5、Soft Skills: Possess strong industry connections and the ability to quickly access the target customer decision-making chain.
Willing to travel for business.
Have technical comprehension ability to translate complex technical terms into customer-centric value language.
