The 2023 was organised by the office of the Xi'an Work Safety Committee and the Xi'an Emergency Management Bureau on 13 June, the Forum on Science and technology enabling development of the integrated monitoring and early warning platform for urban security risks organized by Hanhai Science and Technology Group was held in Xi'an. The meeting was arranged and deployed in accordance with the pilot construction of the national integrated monitoring and early warning platform for urban safety risks, it was an important move for Xi'an's “Science and Technology Khingan” to convene an expert assessment team under the State Council's Security Council in February this year to guide the construction of the city's monitoring and early warning platform.

Lu Laisheng pointed out that this meeting is a concrete working meeting to further implement the construction of the 2.0 version of the integrated monitoring and early warning platform for urban safety risks. Urban security risk integrated monitoring and early warning platform version 2.0, summarized that there are two main points, one is to play the urban security risk integrated monitoring and early warning platform powerful functions, do a good job of big data technology, Urban Information Model (CIM) application, improve the monitoring and early warning platform monitoring and early warning capacity. The second is to use advanced technology to strengthen the monitoring and early warning capability of the front-end sensing equipment of the platform, to realize the intelligent digital application of the whole system, and to lay a good foundation for real-time monitoring of all kinds of urban safety risks. Xi'an is both the most important city in the northwest and the most technologically advanced in the region. Xi'an led the way in the north-west by replacing air defence with technology. Our safety work should be fully aware of this. Our comrades in charge of urban safety should take active actions in a responsible attitude towards the people, and do a good job in monitoring and early warning of urban safety risks.

At the meeting, several experts made relevant keynote speeches. Shan chunchang pointed out that the state is currently vigorously promoting the development of urban public safety, and that all levels of government and related enterprises are actively promoting participation in urban public safety construction, however, most of the solutions on the market are based on smart platform system, and the front-end intelligent sensing devices need to be strengthened. The reliability, timeliness and accuracy of front-end sensing data are very important for urban public safety construction. At present, it is urgently needed to acquire the accurate and stable data of the front-end by the advanced technology intelligent sensing equipment.
