ABOUT
Hanhai Opto-electronic is a major scientific research achievement transformation institution of the Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
From September 8 to 11, 2023, the exhibition of emergency rescue technology and equipment for hazardous chemical production safety organized by the National Center for Safety Production Emergency Rescue was successfully held. Guoke Hanhai Laser Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the exhibition.
The purpose of this event is to showcase the latest achievements in the research and development of emergency rescue technology and equipment for hazardous chemicals, and promote the technological innovation of emergency rescue equipment and the application of advanced applicable equipment.
The relevant leaders of the Ministry of Emergency Management, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and the National Emergency Management Office visited the on-site display equipment. At the scene, Guoke Hanhai Laser Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a representative of advanced technology enterprises in the field of intelligent sensing, demonstrated emergency rescue robots, portable laser gas detectors and IoT laser gas leak detectors for the leaders. and received recognition from leaders and guests.
(The on-site staff is explaining the emergency rescue robot to the visitors)
The emergency rescue robot of Guoke Hanhai is suitable for emergency rescue and daily work inspection. It has a 1000-meter long-range wireless communication capability, a Q235 metal skeleton track structure, and explosion-proof design. The remote measurement platform equipped on it can conduct radar-type 270° rotation scanning within the range of 100-150 meters, and can remotely measure the combustible gases such as methane, ethylene, acetylene and ammonia, as well as the toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide, to ensure the safety of the rescue site. At the same time, the robot can also conduct real-time on-site monitoring of carbon dioxide, oxygen, dust, noise, etc. It fully meets the monitoring and troubleshooting requirements for combustible, toxic and harmful gases in emergency rescue.
(portable telemetric laser gas detector)
Portable remote-sensing laser gas detectors can perform non-contact measurement to quickly detect areas that are difficult to reach by personnel, accurately determine the leakage orientation, and quickly locate the source of leakage, ensuring the safety of rescue personnel in emergency rescue scenarios.
Laser gas leak monitor for IoT (compact)
The IoT laser gas leak detector (compact) is a laser monitoring product that integrates laser absorption spectroscopy gas detection technology (TDLAS), water level detection technology, wireless transmission technology, low power consumption technology, computer technology, and waterproof and explosion-proof processes. This monitor has a small volume, can be independently powered by a lithium secondary battery and can be placed on emergency rescue scenes at any time according to need. The gas monitors on-site should detect methane, ethylene, acetylene and other combustible gases in order to ensure a safe working environment for the rescue workers.
