On December 7th, a gas pipeline exploded in Nanyan village, Handan Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province. The explosion occurred after a gas pipeline leaked, and a fire broke out in a nearby business. The fire has now been put out, and no casualties were caused. Relevant departments are carrying out follow-up disposal.

The gas pipeline is very "fragile" due to various factors

How to avoid leakage accidents of the built gas pipelines?

In densely populated areas and high consequence areas, if the urban gas pipeline leaks, it will cause continuous leakage of natural gas and may lead to a fire explosion accident if not detected in time. Especially in areas where the gas pipeline passes through railways and highways, it is extremely easy to cause casualties and damage to public facilities.
