For this cooperation, the two parties have established a well‑defined collaborative operation system and adopted a three‑tier linkage implementation mechanism of “Group‑Business‑Project”, forming a four‑tier progressive cooperation framework covering “Strategy‑Project‑Technology‑Capital”.
