ABOUT
Hanhai Opto-electronic is a major scientific research achievement transformation institution of the Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
On October 31, a chemical enterprise in Zhapu Town, Pinghu City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province caught fire. The reporter learned from relevant departments that the scene has been handled and there are no casualties at present.
On November 1, a company in Yangzhong City, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, caught fire suddenly, and black smoke could be seen several kilometers away. It is reported that the fire broke out at Yangzhong Glass Additives Co., Ltd., which is located on the edge of Jiajiang River in Yangzhong City, mainly engaged in research, manufacturing and sales of silica. The fire caused no casualties.
Chemical enterprises are densely populated
There are many flammable and combustible media
Take precautions from the construction process
so as to better prevent the occurrence of accidents such as explosion
In the past, there was no clear concept of gas spill prevention with defined regional boundaries, and there was no effective detection method. The basic approach was to simply increase the number of fixed point detectors, and indirectly achieve the goal of preventing risk spillage by increasing the probability of detecting leaks. The existence of this phenomenon is mainly limited by the technical principles and application levels of traditional point detectors, which can only work in a very small detection area of a few square meters, and determine the occurrence of leaks through catalytic combustion or chemical reactions in 30-60 seconds. This is not effective and online detection for devices with side lengths of 100 meters and hundreds of meters.
The fixed reflection laser gas remote sensor and fixed scanning laser gas remote sensor of Hanhai Optoelectronics are suitable for real-time monitoring of gas leaks in chemical plant construction processes.
The fixed reflective laser gas remote sensor and fixed scanning laser gas remote sensor are installed at the boundaries of the device, tank area, compressor, etc., which can effectively detect the leakage and spillage of dangerous gases. Due to its wide detection range, long distance, and fast response, it is safer and simpler to design and construct than conventional multi-point fixed detectors, which saves investment.
fixed reflection laser gas remote meter
The fixed reflection laser gas remote detector of Hanhai Optoelectronics is integrated with receiving and transmitting functions, with a detection distance of up to 1 kilometer. The response time is only 1 second, allowing for accurate detection of ppm-level trace leaks. It truly achieves preventative monitoring of gas leaks. Compared to traditional detectors, which are susceptible to environmental and cross-gas interference, it has strong anti-interference capabilities. Fingerprint detection ensures zero false alarms. The product requires no adjustment and saves operating costs throughout its lifecycle. It can detect various gases such as methane, ethylene, acetylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and more.
fixed scanning laser gas remote meter
The remote sensor integrates laser control, spectrum acquisition, and spectrum analysis. It launches laser light onto a remote monitored object, which is reflected back to the remote sensor. The remote sensor analyzes the returned signal to obtain gas concentration data. It scans in horizontal and vertical directions to form a 360-degree three-dimensional monitored area similar to a radar, achieving coverage monitoring of a large area. The detection radius can reach 300 meters. The detection data combined with video images allows managers to "see" the current detection situation, including the location being detected, gas concentration information, and detect leaks and locate leakage points through scanning. Multiple scanning modes can be set, and the scanning detection path can be freely set. It operates fully automatically and requires no manual operation. It can perform real-time online monitoring of gases such as methane, ethylene, acetylene, etc.
