Guoke Hanhai was invited to participate in the 12th National Mine Rescue Technology Competition Advanced and Applicable Technology Equipment Exhibition

From October 17th to 20th, 2023, the 12th National Mine Rescue Technology Competition Advanced Applicable Technology and Equipment Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Emergency Management, All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Communist Youth League Central Committee, State Administration of Mine Safety Supervision, and Anhui Provincial People's Government was successfully held. Guoke Hanhai Laser Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was invited to participate.

This equipment exhibition is the first national mine rescue technology competition advanced and applicable technology equipment exhibition held since the establishment of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and also the first time that the Emergency Rescue Center set up a mine tunnel rescue scientific research achievement exhibition area, showing the "five small" science and technology innovation theme activities in the field of mine tunnel, the scientific research achievements of the "solving problems by posting a challenge" activity, and the innovative achievements of some national professional emergency rescue teams.

Guoke Hanhai Laser Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. brought its emergency rescue robots, portable laser methane detectors, coal mine methane prevention and leakage laser monitoring and disaster response full-time domain monitoring and early warning systems, coal mine methane extraction pipeline laser monitoring systems, long-range reflective fiber optic sensors and other mine rescue product matrixes to the exhibition, fully leveraging the technical advantages of accurate detection, anti-interference and no need for calibration in front-end equipment, empowered mine rescue with perception, and created intelligent emergency response with technology.

During the exhibition, Hanhai brought front-end equipment that can adapt to various mine rescue scenarios. Among them, the emergency rescue robot attracted a lot of attention. The emergency rescue robot has a remote wireless communication capability of 1000 meters, Q235 metal frame tracked structure, and explosion-proof design. Its telemetry panoramic platform can rotate 270° radar-style within a range of 100-150 meters, and can remotely detect flammable gases such as methane, ethylene, acetylene, ammonia, and toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfur dioxide for point measurement, thereby ensuring the safety of the rescue site. At the same time, the robot can also carry out real-time on-site monitoring of carbon dioxide, oxygen, dust, noise, etc., fully meeting the monitoring and investigation needs of flammable and toxic and harmful gases in emergency rescue.

long-path reflective optical fiber sensor

The latest product, long-path reflective optical fiber sensor, was also exhibited at this event. The long-path reflective optical fiber sensor (including sensor host, optical sensing terminal and management platform) is an advanced technology product that uses laser absorption spectroscopy gas detection technology and optical information transmission to achieve methane concentration monitoring.

The sensor can achieve passive, multi-point, real-time, continuous, long-distance and stable and reliable monitoring of methane concentration. The light sensing terminal can be used to monitor the methane concentration on the job site and transmit the monitored methane concentration signal to the management platform to achieve concentration monitoring and over-limit alarm functions, reducing the risk of safety accidents.
