ABOUT
Hanhai Opto-electronic is a major scientific research achievement transformation institution of the Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
At around 12:00 on October 10, a suspected gas explosion occurred during the blocking construction of the No. 1 auxiliary pilot tunnel of the Xujiapo Tunnel (located in Qixingguan District, Bijie City) of the Xujiapo-Bijie Railway, which was constructed by China Railway 19th Bureau, resulting in the trapped of 6 construction workers.
After the accident, the local government immediately launched the emergency plan and organized emergency, fire fighting, mine rescue, public security, health care, railway and other departments to rush to the scene and carried out rescue together with the construction party. At present, 5 of the 6 trapped people have unfortunately died, and 1 is receiving treatment in hospital. The aftermath work has been carried out comprehensively. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
The Xujiang-Bijie Railway under construction starts from Xuyong County in Sichuan Province in the north and ends in Bijie City in Guizhou Province in the south, passing through Zhaotong City in Yunnan Province. The total length of the Sichuan-Yunnan section is 151.838 kilometers, and it is a passenger and freight mixed railway with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. According to the official website of Guizhou Railway Investment Group Co., Ltd., the Guizhou section of the Xujiang-Bishui Railway is constructed by China Railway 19th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. The main line is 36.62 kilometers long, including 20 new bridges and 12 tunnels.
The Xingao Tunnel is located at the junction of Heishu Town, Zhenxiong County, Yunnan Province, and Heguantun Town, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, with a total length of 4,140m. The tunnel has complex geological structure, with significant topographic relief and frequent changes in surrounding rock. It is a high-gas risk tunnel and is adjacent to existing line construction, making it difficult to construct.
How to avoid accidents caused by the leakage of flammable, toxic, and harmful gases in under-construction tunnels?
The dangerous gas laser detection robot of Guoke Hanhai is suitable for tunnel excavation, emergency rescue, daily inspection and other scenarios. It has a 1000-meter long-range wireless communication capability and a Q235 metal skeleton tracked structure. The remote sensing head can perform radar-type 270° rotation scanning within a range of 100-150 meters, and can remotely measure flammable gases such as methane, ethylene, acetylene, and ammonia, as well as toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfur dioxide. At the same time, the robot can also conduct real-time on-site monitoring of carbon dioxide, oxygen, dust, noise, etc. It fully meets the needs of monitoring and investigating flammable, toxic and harmful gases.
The body is stronger
It adopts a tracked structure with a Q235 all-metal skeleton, and has effective shock absorption and corrosion resistance characteristics.
Faster speed
The walking speed is up to 1.5 meters per second, which can be adjusted according to the needs of the scene.
Super strong off-road capability
It has the function of autonomous obstacle avoidance. With a 200mm obstacle-overriding height and a 35° climbing performance, it can easily climb over various steep and uneven terrains on site. The 37° roll angle makes the vehicle more stable.
Strong anti-interference ability
It is not affected by humidity, temperature, dust, and other gases, and can operate in high-humidity environments for long-term use, adapting to complex changes in the field such as tunnels, warehouses, and storage areas.
Multi-gas monitoring
Remote sensing of flammable gases such as methane, ethylene, acetylene, and ammonia, as well as point-of-measurement monitoring of toxic and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfur dioxide, to ensure the safety of on-site monitoring personnel. At the same time, the robot can also conduct real-time on-site monitoring of carbon dioxide, oxygen, dust, noise, etc.
Multiple communication modes
Support WiFi, 4G and 5G wireless communication.
