From August 26 to 29, our company was invited to participate in the Shenzhen Maritime Dangerous Goods Emergency Command Ship Safety Risk Assessment Conference organized by the Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration in Shanghai. There are also 708 Research Institute, 711 Research Institute, Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard, Guangdong Dapeng LNG terminal operating company and American Bureau of Shipping (ABSC) were invited to participate in the meeting.

The Shenzhen Maritime Dangerous Goods Emergency Command Ship is the first domestic official ship capable of safely navigating in dangerous gas areas and carrying out personnel evacuation and rescue operations. At this safety risk assessment meeting, the participants closely focused on the function positioning of the command ship, safe navigation in dangerous gas areas, and the internal and external risks of personnel evacuation and rescue operations, safety operation guidelines and relevant safety procedures to assess, focusing on ship entry The key technologies and operating procedures of ships such as combustible gas detection in hazardous gas diffusion areas, safe navigation and personnel rescue operating procedures, ship emergency response procedures, safety protection systems, cabin positive pressure maintenance systems, and safe use of power battery packs were discussed and discussed in depth. communicate with.

Hanhai Opto-electronic introduced the hazardous gas laser monitoring program on the emergency command ship in detail at the meeting, that is, it plans to install a passive fiber laser hazardous gas monitoring system in each cabin on the ship to seal the cockpit, operation cabin, engine room, living cabin, etc. The monitoring of LNG gasification (CH4) gas that may leak in the space is efficient, reliable, and stable to ensure the safety of personnel on board; fixed reflective laser gas telemeters are installed in large-scale spaces such as the ship's side, deck, and hull. The laser monitoring network actively detects the real-time and trace leakage of dangerous gases, and performs accurate and rapid measurement of dangerous gases such as CH4, H2S, CO, etc., to achieve all-weather external dangerous gas sensing capabilities, and provide scientific basis for warning zone delineation and safety assessment; on deck Install a fixed scanning laser gas telemeter to conduct real-time monitoring and early warning of dangerous gases such as LNG on site, to achieve alert and assessment of the surrounding safety environment; to provide a portable telemetry laser methane detector for daily supervision inspections and on-site emergency rescue. It is flexibly applicable to different detection site environments, real-time and accurate monitoring of on-site gas concentration changes, quickly locate leaks, realize leak detection, and improve the safety factor of on-site emergency rescue personnel.

Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration, 708 Research Institute and other owners, design and construction units have stated that they will apply advanced laser monitoring equipment on this emergency command ship to enhance the emergency command ship’s hazardous gas safety monitoring and early warning and on-site comprehensive emergency command capabilities. Our company will work with Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration and other units to make the Shenzhen Maritime Dangerous Goods Emergency Command Ship a first-class command flagship for Shenzhen maritime cruise rescue, enhance the safe operation guarantee level of Shenzhen Dapeng Bay LNG hub port, and better serve the transportation power. , Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen to build a pioneering demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics and other national strategies to provide deep-sea power.
