The "Urban Natural Gas Pipeline Network Monitoring System" developed by Hanhai Opto-electronic passed the review of the 6th Work Safety Science and Technology Achievement Award organized by the State Administration of Work Safety and won the "Second Prize of the 6th Work Safety Science and Technology Achievement Award" (code: AQJ-6 -2-100).
The "Urban Natural Gas Pipeline Network Monitoring System" is developed using the most advanced gas monitoring technology in the world-laser absorption spectroscopy detection technology. The system is composed of "pipeline network node online monitoring subsystem", "pipeline inspection subsystem", "transport vehicle positioning and detection subsystem", "comprehensive integrated system" and "monitoring platform". The subsystems of the system can adopt different monitoring methods and methods to implement passive, static and dynamic monitoring of the important node positions of urban natural gas. The monitoring results are transmitted to the monitoring center through optical fiber and wireless network, and the monitoring center can be far away from the monitoring point, which is clear at a glance. Intuitively see the safety status of the entire city's natural gas pipeline network, intelligently manage the safety of urban natural gas use, and deal with emergencies in an emergency, effectively preventing major gas leakage accidents.
