12. Places involved in the leakage of flammable and noxious gases do not have detection and alarm devices in accordance with the national standards, and explosion-proof electrical equipment is not installed and used in places with explosive hazards in accordance with the national standards. The national standards stipulated in this article refer to“Code for design of detection and alarm for combustible and toxic gases in petrochemical industry”(GB50493-2009) , “Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for equipment”(GB3836.1-2010) and“Electrical equipment for explosive gas environment part 16: inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment (except coal mines)”(Gb3836.16-2006) . Among them, “Petrochemical flammable gas and toxic gas detection and alarm design code” requirements, where a chemical and hazardous chemical enterprise is involved in the leakage of combustible and toxic gases, it shall install a detection and alarm device in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned regulations and standards. The detection and alarm device shall include the types of detection and alarm devices, the number and location of the device, the size of the alarm value detection, information transmission, continuous recording and storage requirements, sound and light alarm requirements, detection of the integrity of the alarm device; Explosive atmospheres-part 1: general requirements for equipment (GB3836.1-2010) and electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres-part 16: inspection and maintenance of electrical installations (other than coal mines)(GB3836.16-2006) clearly define the classification of explosion-proof areas, the requirements for type selection, installation and use of electrical equipment in explosion-proof area are put forward.
