Gas safety concerns the safety of people's lives and property. In recent years, gas accidents have occurred in many places, causing casualties and property losses. Gas safety has become a topic of great concern to the society.
Changchun Gas Explosion Accident
At about 5:00 on July 11, a suspected gas explosion occurred in a hotel in Zhonghai Huating commercial street, Jingyue District, Changchun City, and merchants and several cars were damaged without casualties.
Gas leakage accident in Gansu
At 16:12 on July 11, during construction at the gate of fuchunyuan community, Kongtong District, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, the main natural gas pipeline was accidentally cut off. The pipe diameter was 110mm, causing about 13600 cubic meters of gas leakage. The accident caused about 9000 local residents to stop gas.
Recently, gas safety accidents have occurred frequently, and many have occurred since July alone, causing 1 death, 10 injuries and 2 loss of contact, which is distressing!
It is worth noting that many gas explosion accidents occur at the user end. The gas leakage is not found in time, cooking or electricity is used, and then the gas is ignited, causing great damage.
Gas alarm is an important gas safety equipment. At present, the installation coverage of all regions has been greatly improved, but there are still some problems in installation selection, product quality, use and maintenance, supervision and management, and its accident prevention role needs to be further played. According to statistics, more than 150 professional gas alarm manufacturers across the country have obtained the type approval certificate of measuring instruments, but many manufacturers still produce gas alarms without certificates, and the product quality cannot be guaranteed.
Article 36 of the new "work safety law" clearly stipulates: "if the production and business units in catering and other industries use gas, they shall install combustible gas alarm devices and ensure their normal use."

Passive fiber laser leak monitoring system
The passive optical fiber laser leakage monitoring system consists of a monitoring platform, a light sensing terminal and a solenoid valve. The monitoring platform is placed in the monitoring center, the light sensing terminal is placed in the gas and fire unit, and the solenoid valve is placed at the inlet of the unit's gas pipeline. The platform is connected with the light sensing terminal and the solenoid valve by optical fiber to form a gas safety monitoring network. Once the gas leaks, the system will immediately drive the solenoid valve to cut off the gas source to prevent combustion and explosion. When the unit air of gas and fire reaches the safety standard, the system will automatically restore the gas supply.
01. No electricity required
The system host can be installed dozens of kilometers away, and the monitoring site only needs to install passive optical terminals (pure optical equipment, no power supply). Through the remote monitoring platform, it can realize the real-time online monitoring of combustible, toxic and harmful gases.
02. Calibration is not required
The passive optical fiber laser leakage monitoring system does not need regular calibration and maintenance, which can ensure its normal use. No false alarm can improve the reliability of gas detection.
03. Complete qualifications
It has type approval certificate of measuring instruments and fire protection certification.
04. Long service life
With semiconductor light source and optical glass, there is no physical loss in contact measurement, and the service life can reach decades. Therefore, the service life of passive fiber laser leakage monitoring equipment is 10 times that of traditional detection equipment.
05. More stable
The traditional detection equipment has poor stability and is vulnerable to impact and poisoning caused by excessive concentration of flammable, toxic and harmful gas leakage; Then detect the failure. Passive fiber laser leakage monitoring equipment does not have this problem. The working performance is more stable.
06. Detection of gas diversification
It has the ability to detect methane, ethylene, acetylene and other gases (more gas detection schemes can be provided according to customer needs).
