It is reported that there were 43 suspected gas accidents reported in the news in June, including 31 indoors and 12 outdoors.
It is noteworthy that among the gas leakage accidents, 27 gas explosions occurred, and the causes of the explosions were clarified in 9 cases, including 8 cases caused by cooking and 1 case caused by friction sparks.
Many gas explosion accidents occur at the user end. If the gas leakage is not found in time, cook or use electricity, and then ignite the gas, causing great damage.
Article 36 of the new "work safety law" clearly stipulates: "if the production and business units in catering and other industries use gas, they shall install combustible gas alarm devices and ensure their normal use."
Gas alarm is an important gas safety equipment. At present, the installation coverage of all regions has been greatly improved, but there are still some problems in installation selection, product quality, use and maintenance, supervision and management, and its accident prevention role needs to be further played. According to statistics, more than 150 professional gas alarm manufacturers across the country have obtained the type approval certificate of measuring instruments, but many manufacturers still produce gas alarms without certificates, and the product quality cannot be guaranteed.

Passive fiber laser leak monitoring system
Passive optical fiber laser leakage monitoring system passive optical fiber laser leakage monitoring system is composed of monitoring platform, optical sensor terminal and solenoid valve. The monitoring platform is placed in the monitoring center, the light sensing terminal is placed in the gas and fire unit, and the solenoid valve is placed at the inlet of the unit's gas pipeline. The platform is connected with the light sensing terminal and the solenoid valve by optical fiber to form a gas safety monitoring network. Once the gas leaks, the system will immediately drive the solenoid valve to cut off the gas source to prevent combustion and explosion. When the unit air of gas and fire reaches the safety standard, the system will automatically restore the gas supply.
01. No electricity required
The system host can be installed dozens of kilometers away, and the monitoring site only needs to install passive optical terminals (pure optical equipment, no power supply). Through the remote monitoring platform, it can realize the real-time online monitoring of combustible, toxic and harmful gases.
02. Calibration is not required
The passive optical fiber laser leakage monitoring system does not need regular calibration and maintenance, which can ensure its normal use. No false alarm can improve the reliability of gas detection.
