Based on this, Guangdong Province has vigorously promoted the installation of combustible gas alarm devices in restaurants throughout the province.
By the end of 2022, the catering establishments using gas in Guangdong Province, including all kinds of catering establishments with business nature, catering establishments that use gas but only provide takeout and distribution, and all kinds of internal canteens that provide catering services, will basically achieve the goal of fully installing combustible gas alarm devices, and provide safety protection for the lives and property of the broad masses of people and the gas catering establishments.

According to the current situation of gas safety in the catering industry, a complete solution is designed by using the most advanced laser absorption spectrum gas detection technology. It can eliminate the existing safety hazards in catering places! The equipment can realize real-time online, high accuracy, calibration free, high sensitivity and reliable detection.
The passive optical fiber laser leakage monitoring system consists of a monitoring platform, a light sensing terminal and a solenoid valve. The monitoring platform is placed in the monitoring center, the light sensing terminal is placed at the gas and fire use site, and the solenoid valve is placed at the inlet of the gas pipeline. The platform is connected with the light sensing terminal and the solenoid valve by optical fiber to form a gas safety monitoring network. Once the gas leaks, the system will immediately drive the solenoid valve to cut off the gas source to prevent the explosion. When the air of the unit using gas and fire reaches the safety standard, the system will automatically restore the air supply.

The system host can be installed several tens of kilometers away, while the monitoring site of gas and fire only needs to install passive light sensing terminals (pure optical equipment, no power supply). The remote monitoring platform is used to realize the real-time online monitoring of combustible gas in the catering gathering area.
