ABOUT
Hanhai Opto-electronic is a major scientific research achievement transformation institution of the Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Recently, the office of the safety committee of the State Council and the Ministry of emergency management issued a notice to deploy and strengthen urban safety risk prevention, promote the experience and practices of urban lifeline safety projects, and effectively improve the ability of cities to prevent and control major risks and emergencies, so as to essentially improve the modern level of urban safety governance. The circular identified 18 cities (districts) including Hefei, Shenyang, Nanjing, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi'an, Dongying, Luoyang, Yichang, Changde, Foshan, Nanning, Zunyi, Beijing Tongzhou, Shanghai Pudong New Area, Shanghai Huangpu and Shanghai Songjiang as pilot projects for the construction of national urban safety risk comprehensive monitoring and early warning system.
The notice states that
At present, the old and new risks of urban safety are intertwined and superimposed, and the pressure on safety risk prevention is increasing. Some cities have successively occurred major accidents and disasters such as house collapse, explosion, flood and typhoon. The urban safety situation is complex and severe. All regions shall, in combination with the establishment of safety development demonstration cities, carry out comprehensive monitoring and early warning of urban safety risks according to the actual situation, and actively build a working system of comprehensive overall leadership, unified monitoring and dispatching, and linkage response and disposal. We should focus on the main problems and prominent risks of urban safety management, actively learn from typical practices, strengthen the pilot demonstration work, integrate strengthening urban safety risk prevention into the key work of the region, make full use of scientific and technological means, accelerate the establishment and improvement of the comprehensive monitoring and early warning system of urban safety risks, and improve the level of urban safety risk identification, prevention and resolution.
There are many closed spaces such as pressure regulating boxes, pressure regulating cabinets and valve wells distributed in the underground gas pipe network of the city. In case of gas leakage at these locations, it is very easy to form gas accumulation, resulting in potential safety hazards and accidents. These places are not only the important links of urban underground lifeline, but also the key nodes for gas pipelines to connect residential users.
According to the opinions of the notice and the development needs of urban lifeline safety engineering, Hanhai optoelectronics has launched an Internet of things laser gas monitor suitable for surge tank, surge tank and valve well.
Internet of things laser gas monitor
The laser gas monitor of Hanhai photoelectric Internet of things adopts laser absorption spectrum gas detection technology, which is composed of power supply and communication module, detector and monitoring platform; It is applicable to the early warning of trace gas leakage in urban gas pressure regulating box, pressure regulating cabinet and valve well.
The detectors of the Internet of things laser gas monitor are installed in various pressure regulating boxes, pressure regulating cabinets and valve wells all over the city.
The detector can monitor the gas leakage in the enclosed and semi enclosed spaces of the surge tank, surge tank and valve well, and transmit the monitored gas leakage status to the instrument monitoring platform in real time, quickly and accurately through wireless transmission.
Working diagram of IOT laser gas monitor
The video screen of the monitoring platform can visually display the specific location of the leakage point in the leakage area. Realize the IOT monitoring network covering all positions of key nodes of the whole urban gas pressure regulating system, so as to control the overall safety status of urban gas in real time and eliminate the potential safety hazards and accidents caused by the accumulation of trace gas leakage in time.
