At present, at the end of the three-year national special rectification of work safety, the intensity of centralized rectification of safety risks has been raised again. Safety production is the bottom line, the red line and the lifeline of the city.
There are many pressure regulating boxes, pressure regulating cabinets, valve wells and other confined spaces distributed in the underground gas pipeline network of the city. In case of gas leakage at these locations, it is very easy to form gas accumulation, resulting in potential safety hazards and accidents. These places are not only the important links of urban underground lifelines, but also the key nodes for gas pipelines to connect residential users.
In order to maintain the safe operation of the city's lifeline and make every effort to do a good job in safety prevention, Hanhai technology group, in cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, undertook the industrialization of laser absorption spectrum gas detection technology, a major national special scientific research achievement. In 2021, Hanhai technology group and Shenzhen Institute of urban public safety technology established a joint R & D Center for flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gas detection. Comprehensively contribute to the safety of urban lifelines.
Its independently developed laser gas leakage monitor solves the problem of urban gas safety blind spot. It can be used at important nodes before gas pipelines such as surge tank, surge tank and valve well enter the house. Build the last defense line for household gas safety.
Facing the blind spot monitoring pain point of urban gas safety
The common gas monitoring equipment in the market can not effectively and fully meet the on-line monitoring needs in the complex environment of above ground and underground space.
The laser gas leakage monitor has overcome the technical bottleneck of convenient power supply on the ground and underground integration of water flooding resistance, corrosion resistance, high precision, long service life and calibration free characteristics, and has effectively solved the technical problems of sensor measurement drift, weak transmission signal in underground space and long-term low-power operation.
Thinking about building hard core products
The underground space environment has complex characteristics such as high temperature, high humidity, water logging, strong acidity and alkalinity and weak signal. The common monitoring equipment can not meet the use environment of underground space. The equipment is faced with severe environments such as strong acid, strong alkali, high humidity, water flooding, and various gas interference. How to realize long-term, online, calibration free, highly sensitive and reliable detection capability is a difficult problem for large-scale urban monitoring applications.
