Recently, the national standardization development outline (hereinafter referred to as the development outline) issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council stressed that we should strengthen the standardization of public safety, adhere to the people first and life first, implement the standardized foundation project of public safety, and improve the level of ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.
The development outline proposes to fully release the standardization vitality of market subjects, optimize the dual structure of government issued standards and market independently formulated standards, and greatly increase the proportion of market independently formulated standards. Vigorously develop group standards, implement the group standard training plan, promote the application demonstration of group standards, give full play to the role of enterprises with technological advantages, and guide social organizations to formulate original and high-quality standards. We will accelerate the construction of coordinated and unified mandatory national standards and build a bottom line to ensure personal health, safety of life and property and ecological environment.
Meanwhile,Deepen the innovation of standardized operation mechanism. Establish a standard innovative enterprise system and a standard financing and credit enhancement system, encourage enterprises to build a technology, patent and standard linkage innovation system, support leading enterprises to establish a standard cooperation mechanism with scientific research institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises, and implement the enterprise standard leader system. Establish a national overall regional standardization working mechanism, incorporate the regional development standard requirements into the construction of the national standard system, realize the mutual coordination of regional standard development planning and technical rules, and serve the implementation of major national regional strategies. Continuously optimize the standard formulation process, platform and tools, improve the mechanism for enterprises, consumers and other interested parties to participate in the formulation and revision of standards, accelerate the iteration of standard upgrading and improve the quality level of standards.
On July 19, 2021, proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and organized by Anhui Zhongke Hanhai Photoelectric Technology Development Co., Ltd., portable telemetry laser methane detector, vehicle mounted laser inspection system, fixed reflection laser gas telemeter, fixed scanning laser gas telemeter and passive optical fiber laser leakage monitoring system were formulated Five group standards have been prepared and publicized. Hanhai optoelectronics has become the first national leading unit of laser gas detection product standards.
The purpose of this standard is to summarize the technical practical experience and put forward technical requirements for the application of laser gas monitoring technology, so as to standardize its production and use, better promote the promotion of laser gas monitoring technology, reduce safety accidents such as combustion and explosion and personnel poisoning caused by harmful gas leakage, and ensure social stability and the safety of people's lives and property.
With the rapid development of economy, more and more dangerous gases are involved in energy, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. Because the leakage of these gases is not easy to detect and the diffusion speed is fast, once the leakage is very easy to cause safety accidents such as combustion and explosion and personnel poisoning, resulting in adverse social impact, so the monitoring of dangerous gases has attracted much attention all over the world, And vigorously promote the progress of gas detection technology and equipment through scientific and technological innovation. Various dangerous gases in the industrial environment, such as methane and hydrogen sulfide, will first diffuse into the air when they leak. The composition of the air is very complex and contains many components such as oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. Therefore, the rapid and accurate discovery of the target gas from many gases has become the primary demand of gas detection equipment. Because specific kinds of gas molecules can absorb light of specific wavelength, according to this principle, light can be used as a special medium to detect the target gas composition in the air. Due to the stability of its wavelength, the laser can always ensure the uniqueness of absorption by specific gas molecules, so as to achieve one-to-one correspondence of fingerprints, that is, the emitted laser will only be absorbed by the molecules of the target gas. Moreover, according to Lambert Beer's law, when a specific wavelength laser is absorbed by a specific gas molecule in the air, the light intensity will change, and its change degree is directly proportional to the number of gas molecules (i.e. dangerous gas concentration). The dangerous gas concentration can be accurately calculated by detecting the change of light intensity. Moreover, by tuning the laser output wavelength, a variety of dangerous gases can be measured at the same time, which can truly reflect the gas changes on site. As the most advanced gas detection technology, laser absorption spectroscopy has the characteristics of long-distance telemetry, high sensitivity, fast response speed, strong anti cross interference ability and no regular adjustment. Laser spectrum detection technology makes up for all the defects of the existing gas detection technology and has great application advantages.
"Laser gas detection technology" is not only the gas detection market demand of "syngas, hydrofluoric acid, acetylene" in the downstream industrial chain of natural gas, but also the market segments under further extension urgently need a safer and reliable gas detection technology to improve production development and ensure safety. The market needs us to formulate group standards to guide the sustainable development of the industry.
