In December 2021, a fixed scanning-type laser gas remote detector and a passive laser online monitoring system were installed at Xueidian Terminal Station of Henan Development Gas Co., Ltd. According to the implementation plan, an experimental test lasting over a month was conducted using the fixed scanning-type laser gas remote detector, a handheld laser remote detector, along with the existing fixed-point combustible gas alarms and handheld pump-suction gas detectors at the station. The test results revealed that the laser gas leakage detection series products offered a wider detection range, greater sensitivity, longer detection distance, and higher stability, thereby providing more effective and comprehensive protection for gas leakage detection at the station.
