Fixed reflection-type laser gas telemetry detectors have been installed in the LNG vaporizer area and pipeline process area of Tinggen Gas Station, Guangzhou Towngas Group, enabling real-time online leak monitoring for the vaporizers within the designated zones. These telemetry detectors can cover the entire upper area of the vaporizers and form an optical path above the monitored region. Once gas leaks spread to the optical path, an alarm will be triggered immediately. Real-time monitoring data is transmitted instantly to the system host for processing and uploaded to the information center without delay, allowing for dynamic oversight of the on-site gas monitoring status. This setup achieves long-term, real-time, rapid, continuous, stable and reliable online monitoring of trace gas leaks across the extensive coverage area. In the storage tank area, fixed scanning-type laser gas telemetry detectors have been deployed to realize large-scale real-time online leak monitoring of the entire natural gas storage tank zone. Meanwhile, video surveillance is carried out synchronously, with monitoring data and video images transmitted to the central control room via the network.
