In June 2022, 92 photo-sensing terminals of the passive laser online monitoring system and 6 fixed scanning-type laser gas remote detectors were installed and put into use in the Lvda Line Project of Dalian Natural Gas High-Pressure Pipeline Co., Ltd. This project spans a total length of 36.75 km. The passive laser online monitoring system provides passive, multi-node, long-distance monitoring, as well as comprehensive, all-scenario, and full-process early warning monitoring of hazardous gases for high-pressure long-distance buried pipelines and insulation joints at stations. The fixed scanning-type laser gas remote detectors offer visual, long-distance monitoring, along with all-scenario, comprehensive, and full-process early warning monitoring of hazardous gases at stations along the high-pressure long-distance pipeline. Both systems transmit real-time detection data to the monitoring center, enabling early identification of leakage risks and achieving comprehensive, real-time online monitoring of key nodes in the natural gas pipeline.
