Established the first international laser telemetry monitoring network for Beijing Gas, the largest gas company in China, and installed a fixed scanning laser methane detector on a large scale to achieve 24-hour remote online laser telemetry for all Beijing Gas high-pressure regulator stations. Realize the simultaneous video monitoring while monitoring the leakage of natural gas equipment, and transmit the monitoring data and video images to the company's central dispatching room through the network.

By using our company's fixed scanning laser methane detector, the inspection cycle of the gas company's inspection personnel to the site is reduced from the original daily inspection to one inspection every three days. As the follow-up use time increases and the staff gradually become familiar with the performance of the instrument, the inspection cycle is further reduced to once a week.

During a pipeline replacement process performed by the gas company during the use of the instrument, the leak location function of the laser detector was also verified. During the replacement process, the laser detector accurately locates the location where the natural gas leaks and sends out an alarm signal. At the same time, the management personnel of the dispatch center supervised and managed the on-site work through video monitoring to ensure the safety of on-site construction.

Beijing Gas stated that the use of laser detectors has greatly reduced the labor intensity of inspectors, improved management efficiency, and realized unattended operation in the true sense. In the follow-up, pressure regulating stations, gas filling stations, and gas filling stations will be installed in the city gas pipeline network. Important leak-prone and dangerous nodes such as pipeline wells are used on a larger scale.
