The vehicle-mounted laser inspection system consists of the pre-mounted or top-mounted vehicle-mounted laser inspection system and the system software platform. The inspection vehicle can speed up to 50km/h, and can detect the gas leakage data instantaneously and accurately locate it through the beidou/GPS system. Combined with GIS system, patrol data (whether leakage, leakage concentration, leakage location) are transmitted to the monitoring center by wireless network. It realizes the daily fast and efficient inspection in a large area, and greatly improves the inspection speed and safety management efficiency of users.
The sensitivity of the system is very high, it can reach ppb class, and it can quickly find the early tiny leakage of the pipeline.
The system has a high-definition camera and a beidou/GPS positioning system. It can visually display real-time concentration, patrol route and leakage location, and can query alarm screenshots and export patrol report.
The speed of vehicle-mounted laser inspection system is 50km/h, which shortens the inspection time and greatly improves the efficiency of daily inspection and maintenance.
