The sensor of the laser monitoring system for coal mine gas extraction pipe is installed on the extraction pipe to monitor the real-time gas concentration data of the single extraction pipe. The laser control unit is used for emitting the detection laser and transmitting to each laser sensor through the optical fiber, and the data acquisition unit is used for collecting the data monitored by the laser sensor in real time, and can display the data in real time through the liquid crystal screen, at the same time, the monitoring data are transmitted to the monitoring system on the ground.

The self-developed spectral inversion algorithm can quickly extract gas absorption spectra from spectral signals, filter out background photoelectric noise, and has high sensitivity.
No calibration is required, which solves the problem of frequent calibration of traditional monitoring equipment and greatly reduces maintenance workload and operating costs in the later stage.
Compared with traditional detectors that are susceptible to environmental and cross gas interference, they have stronger anti-interference ability. Fingerprint detection, truly achieving zero false positives.
