On July 16, 2021, the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the document Jingkai Shuangxin [2021] No.90 issued by the non-public economic organization and social organization working committee of Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPC, and approved the notice of the establishment of the Party branch of guokehanhai laser technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

On the morning of July 22, 2021, our company held the party secretary election and the first party member meeting of guokehanhai laser technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

The election was conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the regulations on the election of grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China. The meeting began with the passionate national anthem. All Party members unanimously elected Comrade Li Shuguang as the Secretary of the Party branch by secret ballot and was responsible for the inspection of the Commission for Discipline Inspection. All the party members congratulated with warm applause. 

At the meeting, Secretary Li Shuguang made a speech. He said: the establishment of Party branches is only the first step in the construction of enterprise party organizations. The three functions of establishing Party organizations are:

1、 Give full play to the political core role of Party organizations, give full play to their political advantages, publicize and educate employees to correctly understand the current situation and strengthen their confidence in development.

2、 Give full play to the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress, actively participate in safety, production and business activities, and escort the successful completion of various tasks.

3、 Give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, unite and lead the staff to overcome difficulties, forge ahead tenaciously, and make efforts and contributions to turn losses into profits.

Over the past 100 years, our party has strived for the happiness of the people, the rejuvenation of the nation, the Great Harmony of the world and the centenary road   Set off on a new journey. This year, at the same time as the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, our company also ushered in the first party organization meeting. We should give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, maintain the spirit of no time waiting, seize the day, work together as one, and jointly create the brilliance of the vast sea.

 Encourage the broad masses of Party members to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, never forget their original mission, work hard in different posts, and greet the second 100 years with excellent achievements.

The meeting ended with the solemn singing of the Internationale. The party members took a group photo.
