(Methane) Vehicle-mounted Laser Inspection System As a high-end methane leak detection device integrating core laser spectroscopy technology and a stable four-wheel vehicle platform, it is specially designed for large-scale and intensive methane safety operation and maintenance. Adhering to the core design philosophy of high-efficiency coverage, precise detection, and stable reliability, the product breaks through the efficiency bottlenecks of traditional inspection modes, realizes three-dimensional and digital leak detection for scenarios such as urban trunk roads, cross-regional pipelines, and large-scale stations, and provides comprehensive safety operation and maintenance solutions for energy, urban gas, petrochemical and other fields.
In terms of core technologies and performance, the system is equipped with an advanced Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) detection module, featuring ultra-high sensitivity and strong anti-interference capability. It can accurately capture trace methane leak signals in a non-contact manner, with rapid detection response and precise positioning. It effectively avoids interference factors such as dust, temperature and humidity, and complex electromagnetic environments, greatly reducing the rates of missed detection and false detection. The supporting four-wheel vehicle platform has undergone professional modification, with stable driving performance, strong endurance and sufficient equipment carrying space. The vehicle-mounted detection module is installed via high-precision fixing devices, ensuring the stability of detection equipment and the reliability of data collection during vehicle operation, and supporting long-time and long-distance continuous inspection operations. The system has excellent environmental adaptability and stability. Having passed rigorous anti-vibration, dustproof and waterproof, and high-low temperature tests, it can operate continuously and stably under complex meteorological and road conditions. Widely applicable to multiple fields such as large-scale operation and maintenance of urban gas pipeline networks, cross-regional inspection of oil and gas long-distance transmission pipelines, safety monitoring of large petrochemical parks, and daily detection of LNG stations, it is a core intelligent device for enterprises to improve methane leak detection efficiency, reduce safety operation and maintenance costs, and ensure the safety of production and operation.

1. Urban Trunk Road and Large-scale Area Scenarios
It can inspect underground gas pipelines along urban trunk roads and expressways, covering gas mains and branch lines around large residential communities and commercial complexes. It can also conduct full-coverage leak detection on gas facilities in newly developed urban areas, improving the efficiency of large-scale inspections.
2. Cross-regional Long-distance Pipeline Scenarios
It is suitable for the inspection of long-distance natural gas pipeline networks between cities and in suburban areas, capable of continuous driving to complete uninterrupted scanning of tens of kilometers of pipelines. It can also cover gas transmission pipelines along expressways and outside industrial parks, solving the time-consuming and labor-intensive problems of long-distance manual inspections.
3. Large Station and Park Scenarios
It can drive on roads inside and around facilities such as natural gas gate stations, LNG receiving terminals and large chemical parks to inspect methane leaks in station storage tanks, transmission pipelines, valve groups and other equipment. It is also adaptable to gas facilities in ports and logistics parks, meeting the needs of rapid inspections in open areas.
4. Emergency and Special Auxiliary Scenarios
After a gas leakage accident, it can quickly reach the roads around the scene to conduct large-area scanning and positioning of the leakage range, delineating safe zones for emergency response. It can also cooperate with UAVs and handheld devices to form a three-dimensional inspection closed loop of "air + ground + walking", covering open areas and key points.
The system features ultra-high sensitivity of ppb level, enabling rapid detection of early micro-leaks in pipelines.
Equipped with a high-definition camera device and Beidou/GPS positioning system, the system visually displays real-time concentration, inspection routes and leak locations, and allows querying of alarm screenshots and exporting of inspection reports.
With an inspection speed of 50km/h, the vehicle-mounted laser inspection system shortens inspection time and significantly improves the efficiency of users' daily inspection, maintenance and repair work.
The vehicle-mounted laser inspection system (roof-mounted) has a detection range of up to 100 meters.
Compared with traditional detectors that are susceptible to environmental factors and cross-gas interference, this system boasts strong anti-interference capability. It adopts fingerprint-based detection to achieve true zero false alarms.
