Adhering to the core design philosophy of "passive intrinsic safety, accurate real-time early warning, and complex scenario adaptability", the product innovatively adopts a "host + optical fiber + detection terminal" architecture. It thoroughly breaks through the power supply limitations and high-risk environment deployment bottlenecks of traditional monitoring equipment, providing a full-cycle safety protection solution for acetylene leakage in scenarios such as industrial production, storage and transportation, while meeting the precise monitoring needs of multiple fields.

The system's proprietary passive technology ensures intrinsic safety. The detection terminal features a pure optical design with no electrical components, eliminating the risk of electric sparks. It is perfectly suited to the highly flammable and explosive characteristics of acetylene, and can be directly deployed in explosion-proof areas to eradicate potential safety hazards from the source. The terminal is corrosion-resistant, pressure-resistant and anti-aging, and can be installed in scenarios such as above-ground tank farms and reaction workshops, withstanding complex working conditions including underground confined spaces, high humidity, salt spray, and extreme temperatures.     1. Metal Processing Scenarios: Suitable for metal welding and cutting workshops in industries such as automobile manufacturing, ship repair, and steel structure fabrication, as well as thermal spraying operation areas. It monitors acetylene leakage from gas cylinders and delivery pipelines to prevent explosions caused by open flames during operation.

    2. Chemical Synthesis Scenarios: Deployable around calcium carbide-based acetylene production workshops, vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate synthesis units; also applicable to reaction zones for new material synthesis including carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers.     The main function

    No power supply is required at the monitoring site, which is connected via optical fibers. The monitoring platform receives and processes information from each optical sensing terminal on-site in real time, ensuring more stable monitoring performance.

    It subverts the traditional system composition mode and adopts a digital design from optical sensing terminals to the control system. The simplified system structure facilitates easier installation and can meet more application needs of customers.

    The optical sensing terminals are purely optical components with non-loss characteristics. They feature high reliability and require no calibration.

    Each monitoring channel has a response time of only 10 seconds, with a transmission distance of up to 20 kilometers. It can accurately detect ppm-level trace gas leaks, truly achieving preventive monitoring of gas leakage.

    The ultra-long service life of the entire system significantly reduces the equipment operation costs throughout the life cycle.
