Coal Mine Gas Drainage Laser Monitoring System This is a coal mine-specific equipment based on the core technology of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), specially tailored for gas drainage monitoring scenarios in newly discovered and undeveloped coal mines.
Relying on high-precision laser spectroscopy detection technology, the system captures core data such as gas concentration and flow rate in real time during the drainage process. Through dynamic data analysis and accurate judgment, it scientifically defines the compliance nodes of coal mine gas drainage, providing an authoritative decision-making basis for determining whether a coal mine meets the conditions for excavation and production. Compared with traditional monitoring methods, this system effectively shortens the waiting period from post-drainage to excavation and production in new mines, drastically reducing the original six-month observation period after drainage. It significantly improves the development efficiency of new mines, and provides key technical support for coal mining enterprises to realize early capacity release and reduce project operation costs.
