(CH₄) Fixed Reflective Laser Gas Telemeter It is an industrial-grade high-performance detection device integrating the core technology of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) and the reflective monitoring principle, specially designed for the fixed-point and accurate monitoring of methane gas. Adopting directional focusing, precise capture and stable unattended operation as its core design philosophy, the product breaks through the detection distance and spatial limitations of traditional fixed monitoring equipment, and provides an all-weather, high-reliability safety monitoring solution for methane leaks in high-risk fields involving methane production, storage, transportation and utilization, such as urban gas supply, petrochemical industry, energy warehousing and waste disposal.
It adopts a fixed reflective monitoring design. By matching with dedicated reflective targets, the laser beam forms a stable monitoring optical path after reflection, enabling directional focused monitoring of specific areas, pipeline sections or equipment nodes. The detection distance can be flexibly adapted to the needs of different scenarios, featuring fast response speed and accurate positioning. It can capture potential leak hazards in the first place and feed back concentration data. Widely applicable to scenarios such as key pipeline monitoring at urban gas regulator stations, critical node protection of methane storage facilities in petrochemical enterprises, directional monitoring of transmission pipelines in energy stations, and fixed-point monitoring of methane emissions at landfills, it serves as a core monitoring device for enterprises to prevent methane leak risks, ensure the safety of production and operation, and improve the intelligence level of safety management.

1. Energy and Gas Industry
Oil & Gas Extraction and Transportation: Methane leak monitoring at wellheads of oilfields and gasfields; leak source tracing for long-distance natural gas pipelines and urban gas pipe networks (long-distance detection avoids the risk of personnel close-range exposure).
Gas Storage and Loading/Unloading: Methane leak early warning for LNG/LPG tank farms, gas filling stations, and loading/unloading areas at ports and terminals.
Coalbed Methane Development: Leak monitoring of coal mine gas drainage systems; long-distance early warning of methane concentrations in underground mine roadways (preventing explosion risks).
2. Industrial Production Scenarios
Chemical Parks: Leak monitoring of chemical processes where methane is used as raw material or fuel (e.g., methanol synthesis, ethylene production); as well as tail gas emission monitoring.
Power Industry: Methane combustion efficiency monitoring at waste incineration power plants and biomass power plants; leak early warning for anaerobic digestion tanks.
Metallurgical Industry: Methane leak and recycling monitoring in coke oven gas and blast furnace gas.
3. Environmental and Ecological Monitoring
Waste Disposal: Methane (landfill gas) leak and collection efficiency monitoring at landfills (reducing greenhouse gas emissions).
Agricultural Ecology: Methane leak monitoring of biogas digesters in large-scale farms; observation of methane emission fluxes in rice fields (supporting carbon neutrality assessment).
Wetland and Permafrost Monitoring: Methane emission monitoring in wetlands of nature reserves and alpine permafrost regions (ecological environment research).
4. Special Venue Monitoring
Municipal Facilities: Real-time methane leak monitoring in gas cabins of urban underground comprehensive utility tunnels and subway tunnels.
Military and Scientific Research: Methane process emission and safety early warning in special laboratories and military production workshops.
Warehousing and Logistics: Methane leak early warning in flammable goods warehouses and chemical raw material storage areas.
The maximum detection distance of the (CH₄) Fixed Reflective Laser Gas Telemeter can reach 1 kilometer.
Different from the passive waiting mode of traditional detectors, it actively monitors potential gas leak points. With a response time of only 1 second, it can accurately detect ppm-level trace leaks, truly achieving preventive monitoring of gas leaks.
Compared with traditional detectors that are susceptible to interference from environmental factors and cross gases, it boasts strong anti-interference capability. It adopts fingerprint-based detection technology, realizing zero false alarms in real sense.
It quickly obtains the concentration value of leaked gas through spectral inversion algorithm, with a sensitivity as high as 1 ppm·m, completely eliminating false alarms and missed detections.
