(CH₄) Fixed Scanning Laser Gas Telemeter It is an industrial-grade high-performance detection device specially designed for the fixed-point monitoring of methane gas leaks. Deeply integrating the core technology of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) with the fixed scanning monitoring architecture, the product adopts accurate capture, full-area coverage, real-time early warning and stable unattended operation as its core design philosophy. It breaks through the spatial limitations and detection blind spots of traditional fixed monitoring equipment, and provides an all-weather, full-dimensional safety monitoring solution for methane leaks in high-risk fields involving methane production, storage, transportation and utilization, such as urban gas supply, petrochemical industry, energy warehousing and waste disposal.

Adopting 360° full-coverage, zero-blind-spot scanning or preset-angle directional scanning mode, the scanning range can be flexibly adjusted according to monitoring scenarios. Featuring fast response speed and wide coverage, it can complete a full inspection of the target area in a short time, quickly locate leak points and feed back concentration data in real time, so as to ensure early detection and disposal of potential leak hazards.     1. Oil and Gas Energy Extraction, Storage and Transportation

    In oilfield and gasfield drilling operation zones, it can scan and monitor methane leaks from wellheads and drilling equipment. At LNG receiving terminals and storage depots, it can cover tanks, compressors, valves and other components to avoid low-temperature leakage risks. Along long-distance oil and gas transmission pipelines and at sub-transmission stations, it can detect minor leaks caused by third-party construction damage or pipeline corrosion, ensuring pipeline safety.

    The main function

    Combined with high-definition video, can be remote 24-hour continuous monitoring of on-site concentration, data. Realize the omni-directional detection of trace gas leakage, accurate judgment of leakage direction.

    Fixed scanning laser gas telemetry can be a maximum radius of 300 meters, the area of 360 degrees of rotation scan, can monitor the maximum 280,000 m2 target area of leakage. Applicable to a wide range of work occasions.

    Night vision infrared system, 2 megapixels, 25x optical zoom.

    With the integrated design of detector, camera and head, the equipment can run independently, can complete scanning movement and, detection, alarm function, and communicate with PC without other equipment control.

    The laser detection module is located on the same side as the video module of the camera to ensure that the detection laser and the central target of the video image (used for clear indication detection and real-time detection position in the image) are pointed at different distances, the settings are always consistent.

    Equipped with range finder, it can provide fast and accurate measuring distance for telemeters.

    With methane, ethylene, acetylene and other gas detection capabilities (according to customer demand to provide more gas detection program) .
