(C₂H₂)Fixed Scanning Laser Gas Telemetry Detector is a high-performance industrial-grade detection device focused on the fixed-point monitoring scenario of acetylene gas leakage. Deeply integrating the core technology of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) with a fixed scanning monitoring architecture, the product adheres to the core design concept of "accurate identification, full-area coverage, and real-time early warning". It breaks through the detection limitations of traditional fixed monitoring equipment and is specifically designed to provide 24/7, blind-spot-free safety monitoring solutions for acetylene leakage in high-risk scenarios involving the production, storage, transportation, and use of acetylene, such as petrochemical, metallurgy, gas, and fine chemical industries.
Equipped with 360° all-round scanning or preset-angle directional scanning modes, the scanning range can be flexibly adapted to the needs of different monitoring scenarios. With fast response speed and blind-spot-free detection coverage, it can complete comprehensive inspections of target areas in a short time, quickly locate leakage points, and real-time feedback concentration data, ensuring that potential leakage hazards are detected at the first time. Widely applicable to scenarios such as acetylene production equipment monitoring in petrochemical enterprises, safety protection of acetylene cutting processes in the metallurgical industry, acetylene transmission pipeline monitoring in chemical parks, and acetylene storage facility early warning in gas stations, it is a core monitoring equipment for enterprises to prevent acetylene leakage risks, ensure the safety of production and operation, and improve the intelligence level of safety management.

1. Petrochemical & Chemical Industry Parks
Acetylene Production Units: Conduct full-coverage scanning of high-leakage points such as calcium carbide/natural gas cracking production equipment, rectification towers, compressors and pipe flanges, and issue real-time early warnings for acetylene leaks (to prevent flammable and explosive risks).
Chemical Pipe Rack & Tank Farms: Realize 24/7 unattended monitoring through automatic scanning for acetylene transmission pipelines, underground utility tunnels and cryogenic tank clusters, and quickly locate leak sources.
Fine Chemical Parks: Cover the production areas of pharmaceutical intermediates, dyes, rubber synthesis and other processes using acetylene as raw material with scanning on reactors, discharge ports and tail gas pipelines to ensure process safety.
2. Industrial Manufacturing & Metal Processing
Large-Scale Manufacturing Workshops: In welding/cutting workshops of shipyards, steel structure factories and automobile manufacturers, gimbal scanning covers multiple acetylene cylinder storage points and operation areas, adapting to the workshop scenarios with heavy dust and wide operation range.
Electronics/Semiconductor Factories: Perform non-contact scanning on acetylene reaction gas pipelines and equipment interfaces in chip packaging and plasma etching process workshops to avoid contaminating the clean environment.
Metallurgical Industry: Implement full-coverage leak monitoring of acetylene shielding gas pipelines and equipment in blast furnace smelting, continuous casting and rolling processes.
3. Hazardous Chemical Logistics & Warehousing
Chemical Warehousing Parks: Achieve 360° scanning coverage of all storage units in centralized acetylene cylinder warehouses and high-pressure tank farms for unattended early warning.
Port/Railway Freight Hubs: Cover the loading and unloading operation radius with scanning in acetylene tank truck and container handling areas, and conduct real-time leak risk monitoring (adapting to the needs of high personnel flow and complex operation scenarios).
Hazardous Chemical Transportation Routes: Deploy equipment networking scanning on main transportation arteries and tunnels around chemical parks to prevent leak diffusion during transportation.
4. Scientific Research & Special Fields
Laboratory Clusters: Cover the centralized chemical laboratory areas of universities and research institutions with scanning on laboratory exhaust ports and cylinder rooms to issue early warnings for acetylene leaks.
Military/Aerospace Parks: Implement intelligent full-coverage acetylene leak monitoring in special material synthesis workshops and aerospace propellant-related process areas.
Special Industrial Scenarios: Conduct process leak monitoring of acetylene as a special gas in nuclear power and aerospace supporting factories.
Combined with high-definition video, it enables remote 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring of on-site concentration data. It achieves full-dimensional detection of trace gas leaks and accurately identifies leak locations.
It performs 360° rotational scanning to monitor gas leakage in the target area, making it suitable for large-scale operation scenarios.
It is equipped with a night-vision infrared system featuring 2-megapixel resolution and 25x optical zoom.
Adopting an integrated design of detector, camera and gimbal, the device can operate independently. It is able to complete scanning movement, detection and alarm functions, as well as communicate with the upper computer without the control of other equipment.
The laser detection module and the camera video module are located on the same side to ensure that the detection laser and the center target of the video image (used to clearly indicate the real-time detection position in the detection image) always maintain consistent pointing positions at different distances.
A rangefinder is provided to deliver fast and accurate distance measurement for the telemeter.
