Guoke Hanhai Exhibits at MIIT Innovation Achievement Exhibition, Winning Recognition from Ministry Leaders

1. Two Sets of Solutions on Concurrent Display
At this exhibition, Guoke Hanhai fully presented two complementary laser gas sensing systems: long-distance fixed monitoring and mobile autonomous inspection. Together they form a closed-loop integrated safety monitoring system featuring fixed-point full-range remote detection + robot three-dimensional patrol inspection, fully meeting the demands of high-risk scenarios including chemical parks, underground utility tunnels, mine tunnels, hazardous chemical warehouses, and fire emergency rescue.
1.1 Fixed Scanning Laser Gas Remote Detector: Hundred-Meter Non-Contact Full-Area Risk Scanning
Equipped with an in-house developed 360° rotating laser remote sensing gimbal, the device delivers a maximum detection range of 150 meters. It responds within milliseconds to flammable and explosive gases such as methane, acetylene, ethylene and ammonia. Requiring no physical contact with gas sources, it penetrates dust and smoke to generate large-area gas cloud mapping.
Immune to interference from water vapor and impurity gases, it maintains stable long-term operation without signal drift or sensor poisoning risks. Deployable on factory high points, tunnel entrances and above process areas, it conducts round-the-clock full-area scanning to rapidly demarcate leakage risk boundaries, addressing the longstanding pain points of insufficient coverage and delayed early warnings of traditional fixed monitoring devices.
1.2 Cross-Ecosystem Collaborative Autonomous Inspection System: Quadruped Robot Integrated with Laser Analyzer Enables Unmanned Operation via Spatial Intelligence
This brand-new collaborative solution stands as the highlight innovation showcased at the exhibition, built on native hardware adaptation across three parties to realize full-link connectivity:
Guoke Hanhai High-Precision Pump-Suction Laser Gas Analyzer: Adopts pure physical TDLAS spectral detection to simultaneously measure eight hazardous gases including methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and oxygen. With PPB-level sensitivity and a 3-second ultra-fast response, it completely eliminates hidden failures caused by poisoned catalytic and electrochemical sensors. The built-in micro explosion-proof pump sampling module captures trace gas samples from low-lying zones and narrow equipment gaps, outputting data consistent with true physical gas concentrations via standardized digital interfaces for real-time external transmission.
Unitree Industrial Quadruped Robot: Its bionic gait breaks mobility limits of wheeled and tracked equipment, enabling easy climbing over steps, passage through narrow interlayers and adaptation to flooded complex terrain. With heavy-load capacity to stably carry detection devices, it integrates visual SLAM and autonomous obstacle avoidance, suitable for GPS-denied enclosed spaces.
8VTON Spatial Intelligent Module: Embedded with a spatial visual semantic large model, it automatically generates 3D digital twin maps on-site and independently plans full-area inspection routes. All gas detection data is bound to centimeter-level spatial coordinates, with leakage points visually marked on the spatial model to achieve effective detection, accurate positioning and full lifecycle management. It supports offline autonomous cruising, re-inspection of abnormal areas and automatic push of hazard work orders, forming a complete closed-loop risk disposal workflow.
The entire system operates without manual control, conducting autonomous inspections 24/7 in high-risk areas inaccessible to staff. It fundamentally reduces life hazards such as poisoning, explosions and suffocation for on-site workers, balancing safe production with cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
2. In-Depth Inquiry by Ministry Leaders On-Site

During the exhibition, a delegation of MIIT leaders visited Guoke Hanhai’s booth. They received detailed briefings on the technical principles, core advantages and real-world application cases of the two equipment lines, focusing on three key topics:
The fundamental advantages of TDLAS laser technology over traditional sensors in anti-poisoning and anti-interference performance;
Practical outcomes of quadruped robots paired with spatial intelligent modules in eliminating inspection blind spots in complex enclosed spaces;
Large-scale promotion value of the equipment in key industries including mining, hazardous chemicals and tunnels.
Combining real-world benchmark projects such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway tunnels, large high-sulfur oil and gas fields, urban integrated utility tunnels and Gao'antun Waste Incineration Plant, on-site staff demonstrated the full workflow of real-time detection, spatial positioning and risk visualization. The leaders fully recognized Guoke Hanhai’s innovation strategy of independent R&D and deep engagement in industrial safety monitoring, and issued clear guidance as follows:
Coordinating development and safety is a core requirement of new industrialization. Frequent gas leakage accidents occur in mines, energy storage stations and utility tunnels, while traditional monitoring devices malfunction and inspectors face severe safety risks. Domestic laser detection equipment fundamentally resolves common industry issues such as sensor poisoning and delayed monitoring, boasting tremendous promotion value.
Enterprises shall further deepen cross-industry ecological collaboration, partnering with leading robot and spatial intelligence firms to develop integrated unmanned inspection solutions. The deep integration of sensing, mobility and digital space technology sets an outstanding model for replacing human workers with robots and safeguarding industrial safety through technology in high-risk industrial scenarios.
Enterprises are encouraged to continuously iterate core spectral algorithms and hardware products, accelerate participation in industrial standard formulation, and expand deployment in key mining and emergency rescue sectors. Independently controllable domestic equipment shall consolidate the bottom line of industrial safety, and safety assurance shall underpin high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
