(Methane | Front-Mounted + Telemetry) Electric Vehicle-Mounted Laser Inspection System As an intelligent detection device focusing on the efficient detection of methane leaks in complex urban scenarios, this product deeply integrates core laser spectroscopy technology with the high flexibility of electric vehicles. Adhering to the design philosophy of compact flexibility, high precision & efficiency, and full coverage, it breaks through the accessibility limitations of traditional inspection equipment in narrow spaces, provides refined ground inspection solutions for urban gas operation and maintenance, park safety management and other fields, and reshapes the operation mode of urban gas leak detection.
In terms of core technologies and performance, the system is equipped with an advanced Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) module, featuring ultra-high sensitivity and strong anti-interference capability. It can quickly capture trace methane leakage signals with rapid response and accurate positioning, effectively avoiding the interference of environmental factors such as dust and humidity to ensure no omission of micro-leak points. The carrying platform adopts a customized two-wheel small electric vehicle, which is compact, lightweight and flexible to operate. It can easily navigate through back alleys, residential courtyards, sidewalks, narrow park passages and other areas inaccessible to traditional vehicles. Combined with stable vehicle-mounted fixing devices, it ensures stable equipment operation and accurate, reliable data collection during detection. The system has complete data processing and transmission functions, and supports generating visualized inspection reports based on detection data, helping operation and maintenance personnel quickly trace leak points and formulate disposal plans. Strictly complying with industry safety standards, the product has excellent environmental adaptability and can operate continuously and stably under complex temperature and humidity conditions. It is widely applicable to urban gas daily operation and maintenance, gas facility renovation detection in old communities, gas inspection in small chemical parks, rural gas pipeline operation and maintenance and other fields, serving as a core intelligent device to improve urban gas safety management level and reduce operation and maintenance costs.

1. Urban Streets and Residential Area Scenarios
It can flexibly navigate through back alleys, residential courtyards, sidewalks and other areas inaccessible to traditional vehicles. It is also suitable for crowded blocks and old residential communities, inspecting street-side gas risers, courtyard pipelines and surrounding "three trenches and one well" areas where methane is prone to accumulate.
2. Small Park and Key Venue Scenarios
It can inspect gas facilities inside and around large venues such as convention and exhibition centers, access narrow passages in industrial parks to identify methane leakage risks in on-site gas pipelines, and is also applicable for short-distance gas pipeline inspection in small chemical parks.
3. Rural Gas Operation and Maintenance Scenarios
Adapted to the scattered gas pipelines in rural areas, it can travel flexibly on narrow rural roads, solving the problems of scattered distribution of rural gas pipelines and low efficiency of manual inspection, and completing daily methane leakage detection of gas branch pipelines between villages.
4. Emergency Supplementary Inspection Scenarios
When gas leakage accidents occur, it can quickly reach congested road sections or narrow areas around accident sites to supplement the detection of methane concentration in areas inaccessible to large-scale inspection equipment. It can also cooperate with the handheld detection mode for manual supplementary detection in corners unreachable by vehicles, forming a closed loop of inspection.
Leveraging the system's high sensitivity (reaching ppb level), when a micro-leak occurs in an underground pipeline, the pipeline leakage status can be inferred by monitoring the extremely trace methane gas concentration diffused to the ground (2000 ppb higher than the normal methane content in the air).
Taking advantage of the system's fast response speed (ms level), inspection vehicles can conduct inspections on underground pipelines along the driving route, thereby greatly improving the monitoring efficiency of the entire natural gas pipeline network.
Data can be transmitted to designated mobile phones via Bluetooth, facilitating timely viewing by inspection personnel.
The electric vehicle-mounted laser inspection system can detect sections with buried gas pipelines at an inspection speed of 20km/h to locate leakage areas, which shortens the inspection cycle and significantly improves the efficiency of users' daily pipeline inspection, maintenance and repair work.
The equipped telemetry device can remotely detect micro-leaks in underground pipelines and ground facilities within a 100-meter range of the inspection electric vehicle.
Compared with traditional detectors that are susceptible to environmental factors and cross-gas interference, this system features strong anti-interference capability. With fingerprint-based detection, it achieves true zero false alarms.
