To enhance the efficiency and safety of gas drainage and reduce accident risks, Hebi Coal Mine in Henan Province has introduced a complete set of coal mine gas drainage laser monitoring system and deployed 32 sets of gas drainage sensors. The equipment is capable of synchronously collecting and displaying four key parameters, namely drainage flow rate, gas concentration, air pressure and temperature, and boasts the advantages of short installation and operation cycle as well as easy implementation of all-weather monitoring. Field operation verification shows that the new equipment operates stably overall with accurate monitoring performance; it fully meets the demand for synchronous multi-point gas monitoring under the complex conditions of long pipelines, and further improves the data acquisition system.
